Our Goal
​
We are aiming to raise $8,000 from this year's Bubble Run, and all of the money we raise will come back to Rio!
Bubble Run helps the Rio Del Mar Parent Alliance to fund end of year activities, such as:
6th Grade Graduation
Kindergarten Promotion
STEAM Week
Math Night
Staff Appreciation Lunch
End of year school celebrations
We are asking students to raise sponsorship of $25, or more, from friends, relatives and local businesses.
It doesn’t matter how fast you run, or how many laps you do. This event is all about taking part, and having a good time in support of Rio!
Plus!
All runners get a popsicle treat after their run and will be entered into our prize drawing for Rio goodies. Students who raise $25 or more will be added into an additional draw for a chance to win special prizes. The class that raises the most will win a movie and popcorn party!
Sponsorship
Please record all donations on the Sponsor Form, including any made online, and return it along with cash/check payments on May 23 - they will be used for the prize drawing!

Sponsorship donations can be made via check or cash returned to school. Or you can donate online (please leave us a note with the student's name so we can track for the drawing).

Support & Volunteer
Parents are invited to come along to cheer on students. A schedule will be posted in Rio Minders the week of the event, so you can see when each class is running.
