Thanks for your interest in volunteering at Rio. Please read the following information on how to complete the volunteer registration process.
If you are a NEW volunteer and need to be fingerprinted, please click the following link to make a fingerprinting appointment with HR: (they no longer do walk-in fingerprints)
When you come into HR to be fingerprinted at their scheduled date/time, you will need to bring the Volunteer Form, TB Test and COVID vaccination information.
There is an updated Volunteer form. It can be found with this link Volunteer Service Request Form which is from the HR website homepage.
**The form must signed by an administrator**
If you were fingerprinted in the past with PVUSD, and need to renew, you will need to turn into office:
Volunteer form
TB Test within the last 60 days
COVID-19 Vaccination Card - (All volunteers must be fully vaccinated. There are no exceptions at this time)
HR will then verify that you are cleared at the school and will not need to go into HR.
If you need a voucher for a free TB Test/TB Risk Assessment please come into the office for one.
