We are looking for a lead person to take charge of the annual Movie Night which takes place each September. It is a community building event, and is a way for the Parent Alliance to express their gratitude for the support of the school's families.
This year it will be held on Friday 16 September on the baseball field. The movie will begin about 7pm (depends on sunset), but families are welcome to arrive earlier and bring a blanket and picnic.
Responsibilities include overseeing a team to:
Erect the PA's inflatable screen
Organize refreshments and popcorn
Secure rights to a suitable movie (board will agree on movie together)
Storing the screen at home (if possible)
